We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all workbook purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligible Refund Reasons

You may request a refund for any of the following reasons:

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued
  • After a refund is processed, access to the refunded product will be revoked

Non-Refundable Situations

While we strive to accommodate all refund requests within the 30-day window, the following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Products purchased during special promotions explicitly marked as non-refundable
  • Evidence of product redistribution or license violation
  • Repeated refund requests from the same account (potential abuse)

Bundle and Discount Purchases

For products purchased as part of a bundle or with a discount code:

  • Individual items within a bundle may be refunded, with the refund amount adjusted to reflect the bundled pricing

  • Discount codes used on refunded orders may be reissued at our discretion
